The interested party, having read the information below, expressly accepts the registration and processing of his data for information requests.
Information pursuant to art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003:
A) Purposes and methods of processing.
Purpose of processing: the processing of data will be carried out to allow the provision of the services requested and (limited to the services that provide for a fee) to provide for the relative billing and consequent tax compliance. The recorded data may also be used for statistical reports on our activity, as well as for sending to the interested party information concerning the same. Where necessary for the aforementioned reasons, the data may also be disclosed to third parties.
Processing methods: the data will be processed mainly with electronic and IT tools and stored both on computer media and on paper supports and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the minimum security measures.
B C) Mandatory nature and consequences of data refusal.
All the requested data are mandatory, in case of failure to enter any of them the interested party will not be able to enjoy the requested service.
D) Subjects to whom data may be communicated – scope of dissemination.
Where necessary the purposes referred to in point a), the data may also be communicated to third parties outside the contractual assignment.
E) Rights of the interested party
In relation to this processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 7 Privacy Code:
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
